Hi there,I hope I'm in the right forum here.
I would massively appreciate if somebody could point me to some DETAILED documentation about how SAP handles the update of serial number (equipment?) system status, ie. which stock transaction does what to the system
status (not user status) and how to influence this behaviour.(SAP online help is too superficial on this topic to get the info I need.)
FYI, the problem we're facing is that serialised goods which are returned through a SD delivery remain in status 'delivered to customer' and every time a user attempts to deliver those serials to another customer he is prompted with a warning. The system status should go back to 'available' after a completed return.
Any hint much appreciated
